Lori Finkleman co-founded and served as Executive Chef of The Riviera, one of Dallas’ landmark fine-dining restaurants in the 1980s. In 1990, she was named one of Food & Wine magazine’s “Best New Chefs in America," and has also been recognized by American Express as one of the Top Female Chefs in America.
