Alternative plant-based animal products may sound like a healthy option at first. But find out how fake meat, cheese, and eggs are actually damaging your health. Watch my interview with Dr. James White: ▶️ https://youtu.be/CQtX_Xu8H3Q For more details on this topic, check out the full article on the website: ➡️ https://drbrg.co/3PT8yYW 0:00 Introduction: Are fake meats healthy? 2:15 The Impossible Burger and Beyond Burger 4:58 What makes grass-fed meat healthy? 8:45 Check out this video on grass-fed beef vs. grain-fed beef! Let’s talk about fake meats—like meatless burgers, for example, and why they’re bad for your health. As people are testing out alternative animal products like fake meat, cheese, and eggs, their health will suffer because the ingredients are not actually healthy. Plant-based, fake animal products are not sustainable for your health or the environment. On the other hand, 100% grass-fed beef is a very healthy food and is great for the environment. Cows that live on the land and eat grass are fantastic for creating fertile soil. Cow manure is the ultimate fertilizer because it adds essential factors back into the soil, including microbes. The concentration of microbes in the soil is what makes plants and animal products nutrient-dense. To maintain a healthy body, we need nutrient-dense foods. However, many ingredients used in plant-based meats, cheeses, and other products are GMO and inhibit microbial growth. The only way to get nutrient-dense foods is to consume food grown on nutrient-dense soil. BETTER Than Ozempic! SUPPRESS Your Cravings

Avoiding cravings is not up to sheer willpower. In this video, I’ll share the foods and habits that act as natural appetite suppressants to stop hunger and reduce cravings. Discover the best foods to suppress your appetite naturally so you can lose weight, feel good, and look good! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 Introduction: The best foods to suppress appetite 0:43 Hunger and appetite explained 1:05 The best natural appetite suppressants 5:51 Other ways to curb hunger Hunger and appetite don’t start with your stomach. Did you know that your microbes and gut bacteria can manipulate your brain and cause you to eat the wrong thing? In this video, I'm going to help you reduce cravings for sugar, refined carbs, MSG, alcohol, and ultra-processed foods. Here’s a list of the best foods to suppress your appetite naturally. These foods contain potent compounds to leave you feeling full and satisfied, and prevent insulin spikes to help stabilize your blood sugar. 1. Coffee 2. Avocado 3. Dark chocolate 4. Cayenne pepper 5. Apple cider vinegar 6. Green tea 7. Bone broth 8. Protein-rich meals 9. Ginger 10. Dark leafy green vegetables 11. Olive oil 12. MCT oil 13. Turmeric 14. Zinc 15. Kombucha tea 16. Grapefruit 17. Arugula 18. Full-fat protein Eating fatty protein or fat with protein prevents a high insulin spike, which lowers your blood sugar. Avoiding this dip in blood sugar can reduce cravings and curb hunger. Eating fiber also helps buffer the insulin response. Light exercise, like a long walk, is excellent for your blood sugar and can help reduce cravings. An extra 30 minutes of sleep significantly reduces cortisol, stabilizing blood sugar and suppressing appetite naturally. Minimize stress with exercise, physical work, sleep, a healthy diet, and stretching. Ashwagandha is also beneficial, along with magnesium glycinate before bed. #health #keto #ketodiet #weightloss #ketolifestyle #intermittentfasting #lowcarb Thanks for watching! Today we're going to talk about the metabolic syndrome myth. Metabolic syndrome is also known as syndrome X. Metabolic syndrome is a combination of several conditions, including: • Abdominal obesity • High blood pressure • High blood glucose • High triglycerides • Insulin resistance • Hyperinsulinemia • High uric acid Metabolic syndrome is typically treated with a lot of medications, and there isn't a well-known cause. I believe metabolic syndrome is a protective mechanism. But it's not protective anymore. Let's first take a look at glucose and fructose. When you consume glucose, receptors all over your body metabolize it. Fructose is a unique type of sugar that can only be metabolized by the liver. Fructose produces more fat and enhances the fat genes more than other types of sugar. Early humans may have infrequently consumed fructose in fruit and honey as a survival mechanism for various reasons. These reasons that used to be beneficial are now contributing factors to metabolic syndrome. We don't need fructose for survival anymore—in fact, it's hurting us. If you have problems related to metabolic syndrome, try avoiding fructose in all forms.
