It takes many years of damage before you’ll notice toxic liver symptoms. Some of the most common toxic liver symptoms include the following: • Yellow eyes • Yellow skin • Nausea • Vomiting • Red dots on the skin • Fatigue One of the best toxic liver remedies is NAC (N-acetyl cysteine). This remedy helps counter the effects of alcohol, smoking, drugs like ibuprofen, chemotherapy, radiation, and chemicals found in the environment, such as herbicides, pesticides, insecticides, and fungicides. NAC helps to replenish glutathione, a potent antioxidant that helps counter free radical damage. NAC enhances phase 1 and phase 2 detoxification in the liver. This process takes fat-soluble poisons and turns them into harmless water-soluble particles. NAC regenerates liver tissue and prevents liver cell self-destruction. NAC is helpful if you take medication, drink alcohol, smoke, or if you’re exposed to any other types of toxicity. To make NAC more potent, try the following: 1. Take on an empty stomach 2. Take several doses daily 3. Take it with vitamin C and selenium 4. Consume a high-protein meal after taking NAC In addition to consuming adequate animal proteins, incorporate more cruciferous vegetables into your diet to help support the liver. Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: Foods to avoid with arthritis 0:40 What is arthritis? 4:17 TUDCA 8:45 Rheumatoid arthritis 10:42 What causes joint pain and arthritis? 12:16 The 7 worst foods for arthritis and joint pain 20:28 The best foods for arthritis pain Today, we’re going to look at some of the causes of arthritis, the worst foods for arthritis, and foods that can improve your symptoms! The chondrocyte is a cell that makes up your cartilage. Arthritis is often related to stress that originates in the endoplasmic reticulum of these cells. Surprisingly, this cell has receptors for bile salts! There are two types of bile: one made by the liver and secondary bile produced by your microbes. This secondary type of bile acts as a potent anti-inflammatory in the joints, protecting them and reducing inflammation. TUDCA is a specialized bile salt that can reduce stress in the endoplasmic reticulum and can be incredibly beneficial for arthritis and joint pain. Vitamin K2 prevents calcium from building up in the soft tissue. A deficiency can lead to calcification in the joints and arteries, as well as the formation of osteophytes. Whether you have rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis, vitamin D is one of the most effective anti-inflammatory agents. It is also incredibly beneficial for addressing autoimmune conditions. Joint pain and arthritis are often triggered by the following: •Food allergies •AGEs (sugar and protein byproduct) •Infection •Seed oils •Microbiome problem Here are 7 foods to avoid with arthritis and joint pain: 1. Emulsifiers (Polysorbate 80) 2. Low-fat soy protein powder 3. Refined seed oil (Aldehydes) 4. Alcohol (Purines from beer) 5. Casein A1 Protein 6. Modern wheat (Gluten content, glyphosate, amylopectin A, WGA) 7. High fructose corn syrup The following foods can help reduce joint pain and inflammation and reduce the symptoms of arthritis: 1. Fermented foods 2. Healthy fats (Olive oil, avocado oil, fish oils, grass-fed animal fats) 3. High vitamin D3 foods and omega-3 fats 4. Sulfur-rich foods (Onions, garlic, cruciferous vegetables) 5. Collagen (Bone broth) High amounts of iron can contribute to arthritis, so it's best to keep your intake low. Try TUDCA to support the endoplasmic reticulum in your cells and reduce joint pain. Fascia is the material that surrounds every muscle in the body. 2. Fascia gives the body posture and shape. 3. Fascia adapts to the environment. 4. Cells of the fascia or collagen are called fibroblasts. You have billions of these cells that can migrate through the body and lay down ground substance to allow lubrication and movement. 5. Fascia is highly involved with immune function. Myofascial release, massage, and trigger point therapy can help improve inflammatory conditions of the fascia, such as fibromyalgia and plantar fasciitis. 6. Fascia is stiffened by lack of movement. People often assume they have stiff muscles when they really have stiff fascia. 7. Your fascia extends throughout your entire body and is connected from head to toe. This is why you can often relieve pain associated with tight or inflamed fascia by fascial manipulation in other related parts of the body. 8. Fascia is innervated by tiny nerves that allow the body to know where it is in space, so it’s critical for balance and coordination. 9. Fascia can change in material properties and go from being very rigid to very elastic. Dynamic motions in different directions can help restore fascia, so don’t do the same stretches and exercises repeatedly! High doses of vitamin D3, along with the cofactors vitamin K2, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin B6, also support your fascia's health.
