Sylvester Stallone lived that truth when he was broke, nearly homeless, and expecting a baby. With only about $100 left, he wrote the script for Rocky and refused a $360,000 offer because studios wouldn’t let him star in it. To survive, he even sold his dog Butkus for $40. That decision paid off. Rocky won three Academy Awards, launched his career, and gave him the chance to buy his dog back. His story shows that trusting your vision and pushing through rejection can change everything. ✎ The same pattern shows up in Jim Carrey’s life. He grew up poor, lived in a van, dropped out of school at 15, and worked as a janitor to help his family. He bombed his first stand-up set and faced constant rejection, including multiple failed auditions for Saturday Night Live. Still, he kept showing up. That persistence led to In Living Color, followed by breakout roles in Ace Ventura, The Mask, and Dumb and Dumber. Years earlier, he had written himself a $10 million check, and in 1995, he earned exactly that. His journey proves that belief, persistence, and daily effort compound over time. ✎ That lesson goes even further with Walt Disney. He was fired for lacking creativity, went bankrupt with his first company, lost the rights to his early characters, and was rejected more than 300 times while trying to fund Disneyland. With just $40, he moved to Hollywood, created Mickey Mouse, risked everything on Snow White, and kept going despite massive setbacks. His story reminds us that rejection is part of the process, failure is a teacher, and success belongs to those who refuse to quit and keep believing in their vision. ★ BOOKS ★ • Momentum: https://amzn.to/3kJZIAv • Build to Serve: https://amzn.to/3XZiCSg • Your One Word: https://amzn.to/3R9qVII • The Top 10 Rules for Success: https://amzn.to/3JcNZVe • 254 Confidence: https://amzn.to/3jdh9c2 ★ RECOMMENDED VIDEOS FOR YOU ★ If you liked this video, you'll love these ones: • What’s One Thing Every Entrepreneur Should Focus on in the Early Stage of Building Their Business? - https://youtu.be/Hi1nVIiavXY • Why You Can’t Go Forward Until You Admit Where You Are - https://youtu.be/APBVCRPTJPo • Rejected, Broke, and Ignored - How Ralph Lauren Built a Fashion Empire - https://youtu.be/yMcsO9hBW5Y ⚑ SUBSCRIBE TO MY CHANNEL ⚑ If you want to do great things you need to have a great environment. aflevering The Steve Jobs Strategy for Generating Fortune From $0 in 2026 artwork

The Steve Jobs Strategy for Generating Fortune From $0 in 2026

✎ Get free access to our vault of PDF summaries for every YouTube video here: https://believe.evancarmichael.com/the-vault ✎ Check out my NEWEST video: https://goo.gl/E0eE6m ✎ Stop listening to people who tell you to be realistic. Being realistic is just a slow road to being average, and you were born for greatness. Everything around you was built by people no smarter than you who were simply crazy enough to think they could change the world. Look at Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. They started with zero dollars in a garage. Jobs had to sell his van just to get parts for their first computer. He ignored everyone who said it was impossible and built an empire. You have that same power inside of you right now, but you have to stop letting the opinions of others drown out your own inner voice. ✎ To win when you have nothing, you must copy the rise of your heroes, not their current results. When Steve Jobs returned to Apple in 1997, he didn't try to do everything. He cut 70% of the products and focused on just four things. You need to do the same by picking one problem, one product, and one platform. Stop multitasking because it kills your productivity. Use free tools like artificial intelligence to build your business. Use Gemini or other tools to handle your marketing and design. Technology is the bicycle for your mind that lets you compete with giant companies even if your bank account is empty. ✎ Success is about taking action even when you are scared or feel like you might suck. Many smart people fail because they overthink and wait for a perfect plan. Don't be like the person who missed a 40 million dollar deal because they were too busy polishing a business plan instead of launching. You have to be willing to look stupid at the beginning. It took 350 videos before the content here was even decent. Focus on the quality of your ideas rather than fancy cameras. Start a business development show to connect with clients and turn your past pain into your future purpose. Believe in yourself and take that first step today. ✎ To get more details on all the research and studies mentioned in this video check out the articles below: https://www.history.com/this-day-in-history/apple-computers-is-founded https://stevejobsarchive.com/stories/objects-of-our-life https://4humanities.org/2011/10/steve-jobs-on-the-humanities/ https://news.stanford.edu/stories/2005/06/steve-jobs-2005-graduates-stay-hungry-stay-foolish https://yourstory.com/2023/07/apple-turnaround-jobs-ive-leadership https://www.forbes.com/sites/carminegallo/2011/10/05/steve-jobs-the-biggest-failures-of-his-career/ https://www.apa.org/topics/research/multitasking https://www.mckinsey.com/~/media/mckinsey/business%20functions/mckinsey%20digital/our%20insights/the%20economic%20potential%20of%20generative%20ai%20the-next-productivity-frontier/the-economic-potential-of-generative-ai-the-next-productivity-frontier.pdf https://hbr.org/2020/03/the-power-of-leaders-who-focus https://startupgenome.com/reports/startup-genome-report-extra-on-premature-scaling https://www.elf.agency/news/2017/4/23/design-driven-companies-outperform-the-sp-by-219-over-10-years https://stackla.com/resources/reports/the-consumer-content-report-influence-in-the-digital-age/ https://www.rmmagazine.com/articles/article/2012/06/02/-Using-Social-Media-to-Mitigate-Reputation-Risk- https://www.forbes.com/sites/forbescoachescouncil/2021/04/16/how-to-start-a-podcast-for-business-development/ ★ BOOKS ★ • Momentum: https://amzn.to/3kJZIAv • Build to Serve: https://amzn.to/3XZiCSg • Your One Word: https://amzn.to/3R9qVII • The Top 10 Rules for Success: https://amzn.to/3JcNZVe • 254 Confidence: https://amzn.to/3jdh9c2 ★ RECOMMENDED VIDEOS FOR YOU ★ If you liked this video, you'll love these ones: • The "Bus Ride" That Created A $10 Billion Company (Dropbox Story) - https://youtu.be/ux_kFtT-8sY • Top 1% Net Worth Learn more about your ad choices. Steve Jobs almost lost Apple because he had a big ego and did not listen to his team. Mark Zuckerberg grew Facebook because he cared more about his mission than taking a billion dollars from Yahoo. You should not try to be a lone wolf because doing everything by yourself leads to burnout. Successful leaders like Reed Hoffman say you should launch your product even if it is not perfect yet. Thomas Edison failed many times before he made the light bulb work. You must focus on solving real problems for customers if you want your startup to last. ✎ Building great habits is the best way to make this your best year ever. You should win your morning by starting each day with a clear goal. James Dyson had to try over five thousand times before he finally built a great vacuum. This shows that you need to be patient and keep working hard even when things are slow. Bill Gates used the power of partnerships to turn Microsoft into a huge success. You should find mentors and stay humble so you never stop learning. Discipline is like a muscle that gets stronger every time you do something hard. Do not let perfectionism stop your progress because taking action is the secret to winning. ✎ Self-doubt can make you feel stuck, but you can learn to beat it. Warren Buffett was once terrified of public speaking, but he practiced until he became a leader. I felt very nervous when I had to speak on a stage between David Goggins and Peyton Manning. I learned that I had to stop worrying about myself and focus on helping the people in the audience. When you feel scared, you should see it as a green light to move forward. Being a mission-driven entrepreneur means putting service first and money second. You have the power to change your life by changing your habits and believing in your big dream. ★ BOOKS ★ • Momentum: https://amzn.to/3kJZIAv • Build to Serve: https://amzn.to/3XZiCSg • Your One Word: https://amzn.to/3R9qVII • The Top 10 Rules for Success: https://amzn.to/3JcNZVe • 254 Confidence: https://amzn.to/3jdh9c2 ★ RECOMMENDED VIDEOS FOR YOU ★ If you liked this video, you'll love these ones: • Nick Woodman Moved Back Into His Parents' Basement At 26. If You're A Student, Start An Enterprise

✎ Get free access to our vault of PDF summaries for every YouTube video here: https://believe.evancarmichael.com/the-vault ✎ Check out my NEWEST video: https://goo.gl/E0eE6m ✎ To get more details on all the research and studies mentioned in this video check out the articles below: https://www.americansalon.com/business/study-854-small-business-owners-regret-not-starting-sooner https://www.businessinsider.com/facebook-history-dorm-room-photos-mark-zuckerberg ✎ If you wait to start your business until you feel ready, you will wait forever. You need to start right now, even if you are just a student. Use your free time to your advantage, just like Mark Zuckerberg did in his college dorm room or Larry Page and Sergey Brin did at school. We will walk through the exact steps to find a great business idea by looking at what you love and the real problems people face. You will learn how to test your idea on a small budget, just like Brian and Joe did to start Airbnb and Nick Swinmer did to launch Zappos. ✎ Having a good idea is only the first step because doing the actual work is what matters most. Mary Kay Ash, Jeff Bezos, and Sarah Blakeley did not just dream, they took huge action to build their companies. But the path of an entrepreneur can be very lonely, and you might feel like nobody supports you. You will face failure and doubt, but you need to build a mind that loves to grow, just like experts Carol Dweck and Angela Duckworth teach. Even great leaders like Elon Musk faced deep doubt from heroes like Neil Armstrong and Gene Cernan, but he used that pain as fuel to push harder. ✎ You have to be ready to face people saying no, just like Colonel Harland Sanders who was turned down over a thousand times, or Thomas Edison who found thousands of ways a light bulb did not work. Learn from greats like Steve Jobs, Oprah Winfrey, and J.K. Rowling who all kept going when the world told them to stop. Build good daily habits, cheer for your small wins, and find guides like Paul Graham, Steve Blank, and Charlie Tremendous Jones to keep your mind strong. Do not let the fear of what other people think stop you from chasing your big dream. Start today, put in the hard work, and always believe. ★ BOOKS ★ • Momentum: https://amzn.to/3kJZIAv • Build to Serve: https://amzn.to/3XZiCSg • Your One Word: https://amzn.to/3R9qVII • The Top 10 Rules for Success: https://amzn.to/3JcNZVe • 254 Confidence: https://amzn.to/3jdh9c2 ★ RECOMMENDED VIDEOS FOR YOU ★ If you liked this video, you'll love these ones: • The Best Social Hobbies for Adults - https://youtu.be/d0MECSLLFB0 • The "Impossible" Life Of Arnold Schwarzenegger: Why You Have No Excuses - https://youtu.be/3T3ypE0l0I8 • If you are ambitious and in your 20s or 30s, watch this - https://youtu.be/BueAuW36-uA ⚑ SUBSCRIBE TO MY CHANNEL ⚑ If you want to do great things you need to have a great environment.
