In today’s video were speaking all about jealousy. Did you know there is a difference between jealousy and envy? In this conversation we will go over how jealousy can be healthy depending on how you choose to use it. We also we will speak on how it connects back to childhood trauma for many people. We often think jealousy is something that is only found in women because jealousy its an emotion or feeling and that’s a feminine trait, but I’m here to tell you that it’s not one sided. This subject goes both ways today. I’m so excited to speak on this topic as jealousy is something very normal and common. Let’s break it all down!
