We'll have a lookahead to weekend sports and hearing from Gibraltar’s walking footballers who have returned from Mallorca as 65+ champions after a standout performance. The Gibraltar Literary Festival is returning with a packed line-up already beginning to take shape. Cultural Services CEO Seamus Byrne will join us to tell us more.  A 23 year old Gibraltarian is walking across the length of Japan to raise funds for the British Red Cross. We'll be catching up with Ben Vasquez. We discuss what was a lively debate on ViewPoint last night on travel and tourism, which featured Ministers John Cortes and Christian Santos and the GSD's Damon Bossino and Giovanni Origo. The Young enterprise competition is in full swing, today we'll be finding out about Hidden Gems. And, every year family and friends come together to remember Jay Alman through music, fundraising and community spirit. We’ll hear from the Gibraltar Fire and Rescue Service following this morning’s fire at Ocean Spa Plaza. Residents were evacuated while crews dealt with the blaze, and thankfully no injuries have been reported. It's a jampacked show today - Special Olympics Gibraltar has returned from the Switzerland National Summer Games with an outstanding medal haul after a successful bowling competition. Some of the athletes and team members will be joining me in the studio. We’ll also be joined by the recipients of this year’s Youth Achievement Awards, recognising young people who have made a positive impact through leadership, achievement and community spirit. And this morning saw the presentation of the Brave Hearts Awards. The awards celebrate the courage of young people living with serious illnesses or undergoing medical treatment. Plus, Gibraltar’s first Green Bus Stop will be officially launched tomorrow. One of Gibraltar's most significant military heritage sites, The City Under Siege, is being officially unveiled today following a major restoration and interpretation project. We catch up with Christian Wright, Director of Wright Tech Media, who is also exploring historical links with Jersey. We'll also look ahead to the return of the popular Concerts by Candlelight series - St Michael's Cave will be illuminated by more than 1,000 candles for an evening of timeless music on 3rd June. . School children are being invited to come up with names for the new electric buses that will be launched over the next few months.
