Happy Friday! Before I embark on my European vacation, I want to leave you all with a record of the best things I ate, drank, read, watched, and listened to this July. I'll miss you all but I'll be back in two weeks feeling rejuvenated with new philosophies for us to power through the rest of summer! Bye!

It's AMA day! Lots of great callers on this final radio show before my European vacation.
