Charlie is an experienced Dayton, Ohio defense lawyer with a practice dedicated specifically to OVI/DUI defense. Charlie was the first private attorney in the state of Ohio certified on the Intoxilyzer 8000 breath testing machine. He is a member and graduate of the National College for DUI defense. Charlie has been both a municipal and special prosecutor, holds a Forensic Sobriety Assessment certification, and is ARID certified.
