Can you believe it? One hundred episodes. I just want to start this one by saying thank you. From the bottom of my heart—thank you to every single person who has listened, who has shared an episode, who has sent a message of support. I see you. I value you. Each one of you has made this journey what it is. And what a journey it's been. But before we celebrate, I need to do something else. Something harder than thanking you. I need to correct something I got wrong. In a previous episode, I taught that the Restrainer in 2 Thessalonians 2 was the Holy Spirit. After deeper study, prayer, and looking at the text more carefully—I was wrong. And if I'm wrong, I want to be the first to say it. And I want to correct it. On air. Publicly. Because truth matters more than being right. So in this 100th episode, I'm walking you through five pieces of evidence that changed my mind. The grammar of the Greek text. The role of the Church as salt and light. The theological problem of the Holy Spirit being "taken out of the way." And the fact that Paul told the Thessalonians this face to face—so they knew exactly who the Restrainer was. Spoiler: It's the Church. It's you. It's us. And that changes everything about how you see your role in these days. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN • The correction I needed to make – Why I taught the Restrainer as the Holy Spirit, and why that was incorrect • Five pieces of evidence from 2 Thessalonians 2 – The grammatical shift from neuter to masculine, the role of salt and light, why the Holy Spirit cannot be "taken out of the way," and what Paul had already taught them • Why identity matters more than ever – The number one thing coming through our Healing Rooms ministry is identity. Who you are in Christ. How Christ sees you. And why knowing that allows you to stand. • What you're actually here for – The stats don't lie. You want deep dives. Scripture cracked open. Prophetic words unfolding. What's happening in the world today—and how to be prepared for it. That's what we're leaning into. • What the Restrainer means for you right now – You are not just waiting for the Spirit to do something. You are the Restrainer. Your presence, your prayers, your witness—they are holding back lawlessness. And one day, when the Church is taken out of the way, the end comes. ABOUT THIS EPISODE This is Episode 100 of Lion Roars from Zion. One hundred episodes of sitting down, reading the Bible, waiting for that rhema word to land, studying it more, and bringing prophetic insights to you. I love this journey. And I know—this is what you guys like. The discipleship series? It was good. Solid teaching. But that's not what you're here for. And that's okay. We run a discipleship WhatsApp group every Sunday for those training resources. But for the podcast? You want deep dives. So that's what we'll keep giving you. This episode is personal. It's a thank-you. It's a correction. And it's a prophetic declaration over the next 100 episodes. Tone: Warm, honest, vulnerable, and prophetic. A milestone celebration with a backbone. aflevering E112 Ruth 2 - Revelation connection: Thirst, Pursuit, and the Overcomer’s Feast artwork

E112 Ruth 2 - Revelation connection: Thirst, Pursuit, and the Overcomer’s Feast

Ruth 2 is more than a love story — it’s a prophetic rehearsal of Revelation. In this episode, we uncover how Ruth’s desperate pursuit, her clinging loyalty, and her hunger for the God of Israel form a perfect miniature of the end‑times overcomer described in Revelation. You’ll learn why the Hebrew word radaph (to chase, hunt, pursue) and the Greek word akoloutheo (to follow with intentional attachment) are the keys to understanding both Ruth’s journey and the posture Jesus calls His remnant to carry in the last days. We explore: • Why Ruth’s pursuit mirrors the hunger of Revelation’s overcomers • How Boaz’s invitation to “eat, drink, and be satisfied” foreshadows Revelation 7 & 22 • Why satisfaction is always tied to pursuit — not passivity • How John Bevere describes holy hunger as the doorway to encounter • How Rick Renner’s Greek insights reveal what it really means to “follow the Lamb wherever He goes” • Why Ruth 2 is actually an end‑times training manual for the remnant Church This episode is a call to be thirsty, pursue relentlessly, stay under His wings, and receive the fullness Jesus promises to those who overcome. If you’re hungry for more than spiritual leftovers… if you want the feast of His presence… this one is for you.

aflevering E111 The sheep that walks in circles - Psalm 23 artwork

E111 The sheep that walks in circles - Psalm 23

Most people think Psalm 23 is a calm, gentle prayer about green grass and still water. But there is a secret hiding in the original Hebrew. In this episode, host Elizabeth reveals something surprising: sheep do not climb hills in a straight line. They walk in circles. And the Hebrew word for "paths" in Psalm 23 actually means circular switchbacks. Listeners will learn: · Why walking in circles is not failure – it is the shepherd's plan. · What the Hebrew words ma'agal and meshubah really mean. · How the book of Leviticus connects fat (the best part of the sacrifice) to God pouring mercy on your head. · Why backsliding does not scare the Shepherd – and why it should not scare you. Elizabeth also gives a simple six-step circle prayer based on Psalm 23. No perfect words required. Just a willingness to keep returning. References include: Psalm 23 (Hebrew and Greek), Leviticus 3:16, Jeremiah 3:22, and Hosea 14:4. Perfect for anyone who feels stuck in a loop, keeps making the same mistakes, or wants to pray Psalm 23 like a sheep – not a racehorse. E110 ”speak Lord, your servant is listening” - How a kid named Samuel learned to hear God

"A word from the Lord was rare in those days." Sound familiar? Many of us live in a spiritual drought—not because God isn't speaking, but because we don't recognize His voice. In this episode, Elizabeth Travers breaks down 1 Samuel 3 and uncovers a surprising truth: learning to hear God is a skill, not a gift for a special few. You'll discover: • Why Samuel mistook God's voice for Eli's (and why you probably do the same) • The one phrase that changes everything: "Speak, Lord, your servant is listening" • How Jesus fulfills and surpasses Samuel's role as prophet, priest, and light Ending with three actionable activations, this episode will leave you not just informed—but equipped to hear from God tonight. aflevering E109 The ancient gate- returning to the garden of Eden artwork

E109 The ancient gate- returning to the garden of Eden

I saw an ancient gate in a wall. It was open. In this episode, Elizabeth Travers shares an open vision she received—a garden of healing fruit, intense comforting light, and a whisper from God: "I am going to take my children back to the communion of Eden." What did Adam and Eve actually have before the fall? Face-to-face friendship with God. No separation between spirit and flesh. A relationship so integrated that heaven and earth touched. Then Elizabeth takes you inside a recent experience—four hours of praying in tongues with her hub—and the magnificent release, clarity, and intimacy that followed. Plus: the neurological science behind speaking in tongues (yes, brain scans prove something real is happening), a prayer to receive or renew your prayer language, and an encouragement to commit time to surrender. If you've ever wondered what it means to "pray in the Spirit"—or if you're longing for a garden kind of communion—this episode is for you.
