Many people that have not exercised in a long time struggle to get back in shape. Many push themselves too hard out of the gate and lead to injuries. others are injured and do not know how to resume exercise again without worsening their pain. this physical suffering can lead to weight gain and general depression on how we look and feel. one of the most important parts about returning to exercise after injury or after prolonged time away from exercise is establishing a proper baseline of exercise resistance and duration. if you do not create a correct strength baseline it becomes very difficult to bet back to exercise and fitness after a injury or after prolonged time away. If you have dealt with low back pain for a while and it is not getting better than this is the Podcast for you to listen to. I have spent the last 12 years working with patients dealing with this exact issue and I have had great success with improving the severity of their symptoms and setting up rehabilitation programs to get them out of pain and back living the life they knew they could.
