The second driver deep dive in the 8 Critical Drivers series. Angela installs the Driver 2 architecture: the Capability Control Architecture, the Decision Rights Gate, the Credential Economics Stack (credential compliance rate, capability cost per completion, key person risk ratio), and the Key Person Limit.
