On December 11, 2012, Julia Niswender was found dead in her apartment in Ypsilanti, MI.  Two years later a search warrant is issued and an arrest is made, but not in Julia's case. On the evening of February 23, 2019, Tyler and Brittany Davis went out with a friend to celebrate Brittany's birthday.  After arriving back at their hotel at about 3:20AM on the 24th, Tyler went for a walk.  He called his wife just after 4AM and said he'd be back at their hotel in just a few minutes.  He never arrived and was never seen again. In 1994, 16-year-old Jody Lynn Brant was driving from her home in Lawrenceville, Georgia up to Pontiac, Michigan to visit family for the holiday weekend.  She never arrived and her car was later found abandoned and burned.
