I realised editing this episode that this year marked my 6 Years Post Uni (screaaaaaaming) and what a journey its been, just trying to navigate the working environment and finding my feet and place in the world as a young, black woman. To unpack this and talk about our experiences, I thought who better to invite over than the rockstar I am blessed to call my friend, my sister, uSalusiwe Qomfo. Now, Salu and I go waaaaay back to uni days so you know we got into all of it from our first jobs to being where we are now and everything in between, money chats and mental health in the workplace...and a lot more. COVID-19 has been doing the most on all of us and for me and a whole lot of other people, it has made looking for a job 10 times harder.
