We’re often so focused on what’s next. The next goal, the next habit and the next challenge. While that keeps us moving... It also makes our progress surprisingly easy to miss. Growth rarely feels dramatic while you’re living it. You don’t notice the healthier choices becoming normal. The difficult conversations are becoming easier. The confidence is growing in the background. You simply keep moving. Until one day, you pause long enough to look back. And at that moment, suddenly... You realise you’re not standing where you started. Maybe you’ve built healthier routines or become clearer about your career. Maybe you’ve strengthened your relationships or learned something new. Or maybe you’ve simply handled life’s challenges with a little more grace than you would have a few months ago. None of those changes happened overnight. They made one decision at a time. And perhaps that’s why regular check-ins matter so much. Not because you need to judge yourself, but rather because you deserve to witness your own growth. To acknowledge what is working. To celebrate the habits you’ve kept. To recognize the resilience you’ve built. And just as importantly... To notice what still wants your attention. Reflection isn’t only about celebrating success. It’s also about gently asking: “What’s next?” Not from a place of dissatisfaction, but from curiosity. What area of my life feels alive? What area has quietly been neglected? Where do I want to invest my energy over the next few weeks? A meaningful life isn’t created by constantly chasing the next milestone. It’s created by pausing often enough to appreciate the journey you’re already on. So today, ask: “Where was I three months ago?”“What am I proud of that I haven’t acknowledged yet?”“And what is the next small area of my life I’d love to help sparkle a little brighter?” Because your life becomes meaningful through the progress you make, but you really need to learn to recognise it. Calling - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 82/90

Have you ever noticed how some ideas refuse to leave you? You dismiss them. You postpone them. You convince yourself that now isn’t the right time. And yet... They keep coming back - often enough that you can’t quite forget them. Perhaps that’s worth paying attention to. Because not every recurring thought is a distraction. Some are invitations to become curious enough to explore them. The difficult part is that your heart and your mind rarely speak the same language. Your heart says: “This feels right.” Your mind replies: “But what if it doesn’t work?, What if nobody cares?, What if you’re not ready?” And suddenly, instead of taking one small step... You start trying to solve the entire journey. But maybe that’s not your job today. Maybe today’s job is simply to notice what keeps returning. To stop asking whether you’re ready for the whole path... And start asking what the very first step might look like. Clarity often arrives through movement. Not before it. You don’t have to commit to the next ten years. You don’t even have to commit to the next ninety days. You only have to become curious enough to begin. To sketch the idea. Write the first page. Have the first conversation. Create the first version. The ideas that keep calling you usually aren’t asking for perfection. They’re asking for your attention. So today, ask: “What idea keeps returning to me?”“Why won’t it let me go?”“And what is one small step I could take this week to discover where it might lead?” Because your future isn’t created only by the plans you make. Sometimes... It’s created by the quiet invitations you’re finally willing to answer. With love,Anja ✨ This is a public episode. Identity - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 81/90

We spend a lot of time thinking about what we want. The career we dream of. The relationships we hope for. The life that feels more aligned. Sometimes, the missing piece isn’t the vision. It’s the identity. Goals answer the question: “What do I want?” Identity answers a different one: “Who am I becoming?” When you begin to imagine your future self—not just what they have, but how they think, how they make decisions, how they move through the world—you create something your mind can actually relate to. You stop chasing an abstract dream. You start building a relationship with the person you’re growing into. Maybe she is calm in difficult conversations. Maybe he approaches challenges with curiosity instead of fear. Maybe they protect their energy. Speak with kindness. Keep promises to themselves. Because that’s simply who they are. You begin asking: “What would this version of me do?” The answer isn’t always easier. But it often becomes clearer. Because identity creates consistency. It gives your decisions a direction. A compass you can return to when life feels uncertain. The beautiful thing is... This future version of you doesn’t have to be someone completely different. They’re already rooted in who you are today. They’re simply the parts of you that you’ve chosen to strengthen. The values you’ve decided to live more fully. The qualities you’ve decided to practice more intentionally. Growth isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about becoming more deeply yourself. So today, ask: “Who is the person living that future?”“How do they think, speak, and make decisions?”“And what is one small choice I could make today that would already belong to that version of me?” Your future is built on the identity you choose to grow into. So who are you becoming? With love,Anja ✨ This is a public episode. Celebration - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 80/90

We often celebrate birthdays by looking forward. Another candle. Another wish. Another year ahead. But perhaps birthdays invite us to do something else first. To look back with gratitude. Every year tells a story. The conversations that changed you. The people who walked beside you. The challenges that shaped you. The dreams you pursued. And the ones you quietly let go of. Some of those moments felt extraordinary. Others seemed completely ordinary. Yet together... They became another chapter of your life. That’s why reflection is such a beautiful form of celebration. It reminds you that growth isn’t measured only by what you’ve achieved. It’s also measured by who you’ve become. The ways you’ve become kinder. Braver. More patient. More honest with yourself. And perhaps birthdays are also an invitation to say thank you. Not only for the milestones. But for the people. The friend who stayed. The colleague who believed in you. The family member who supported you. The stranger who changed your perspective without ever realizing it. None of us build a meaningful life alone. We’re shaped by countless people whose presence quietly becomes part of our story. And then, after looking back... We get to look forward. By leaving a message for the person we’re still becoming. Because one day, your future self will read those words... And remember who you were. Maybe you’ll smile because you achieved something you once thought impossible. Maybe you’ll realize you’ve changed direction entirely. Maybe you’ll simply be grateful that you paused long enough to capture this moment. Here are the questions that can help you reflect today: “What deserves celebrating about this season of my life?”“Who has made this year richer simply by being part of it?”“And what message would I love my future self to receive from me today?” Celebration (birthday) isn’t only about marking another year. Sometimes it’s about honoring the person you’ve become along the way. With love,Anja ✨ This is a public episode. aflevering Courage - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 79/90 artwork

Courage - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 79/90

We often imagine that confidence looks like certainty. That brave people don’t doubt themselves. That resilient people don’t feel anxious. That’s rarely how life works. Every new chapter brings uncertainty. A new job. A new relationship. A new dream. A new version of yourself. With every beginning, fear quietly asks: “What if this doesn’t work?” The mistake isn’t feeling that fear. The mistake is believing it means you should stop. Emotions aren’t instructions. They’re information. Fear tells you something matters. Anxiety reminds you that you’re stepping into the unknown. Doubt invites you to prepare. None of them gets to make the final decision. Perhaps resilience isn’t about silencing those emotions. Perhaps it’s about changing the relationship you have with them. Not treating them as enemies. Not pretending they don’t exist. Simply noticing them, listening and saying: “I hear you... But I’m still going.” There is a difference between carrying fear... And being carried by it. One keeps you aware. The other keeps you stuck. The beautiful thing is that courage isn’t built before you act. It’s built because you act. Every time you move forward despite uncertainty...You teach yourself that you can, because your trust in yourself becomes stronger than your fear. That’s why growth often feels uncomfortable. You’re walking into unfamiliar (not necessarily unsafe) territory. Simply new. Here are questions for today: “What is this fear trying to protect?”“Can I acknowledge it without letting it take over?”“And what would I do today if I trusted myself just a little bit more?” The goal isn’t to build a life without fear. It’s to build a life where courage quietly leads the way. With love, Anja ✨ This is a public episode. Traditions and Repetitions - Sparkle Up Your Life - Day 78/90

When we talk about living intentionally, we often imagine being conscious of every choice, habit, meal and conversation. And at the beginning, that’s exactly what growth requires. You must pay attention to every moment so that you can interrupt old patterns and question your routines. You are with that answering the question of “Is this really how I want to live?” But that isn’t the destination you are reaching; it is a transition. Because once you’ve built a life that reflects your values... You don’t need to question every decision forever. You let those choices become part of you. A morning routine that energises you. A breakfast that supports your health. A walk that clears your mind. A bedtime that helps you wake up feeling rested. Not because you’re living on autopilot. But because you consciously designed your autopilot. And there’s a big difference. One is inherited. The other is intentionally created - fitted to you personally in this moment in time in your life. Habits aren’t the enemy. Unexamined habits are. The goal was never to make every moment require effort. The goal was to make the right things effortless. To free your attention for the moments that truly deserve it. Your energy is limited. Every unnecessary decision quietly takes something from you. Every supportive routine quietly gives something back. And perhaps that’s what traditions really are. Not rigid rules. But thoughtful choices you’ve repeated often enough that they now support you without asking for your attention. Until one day, life changes. Your priorities shift. Your needs evolve. And that’s when you return to awareness. Not because your system failed. But because you’ve grown beyond it. So today, here are a few questions for you: “Which routines truly support the life I want to live?”“What decisions could I make once instead of every day?”“And which habits have become so intentional that they now quietly carry me forward?” Because living intentionally it´s about making the right decisions often enough that they become the foundation of your life.
