This weeks guest is an amazing elite athlete,  competing in road and Xterra Triathlons as well as racing gravel and mountain bikes Karsten Madsen Karsten and I talk about many of his adventures in Xterra and his bike racing, he also shares with us his heart condition, Atrial Fibrillation, when it happened, how he’s dealt with it and how he copes with it on a daily basis being such an active athlete! We talk about a few of his Everesting bike attempts during the pandemic, and then Karsten and I share an emotional moment talking about the recent loss of our fur babies, Lucas who was Karsten’s Boy and Trapper, who was my little guy!
