We are currently in a time of uncertainty, where everyday a new challenge seems to present itself and people are confused, anxious, nervous and tired. During times like this, it is easy to forget that in times like this, we need each more than ever, so we can support each other and lift one another up. On the show this morning, Isaac talked about some practical ways we can stay positive and calm during the COVID-19 pandemic. His tips are from www.blackdoginstitute.org.au and include: -Channel your anxious energy into action: get informed, plan, and prepare. -Limit or avoid unhelpful media and misinformation -Cut down or stop the behaviours that are fuelling your anxiety -Stay focused on the here and now, taking each day step by step -Be aware of negative thoughts and don't give them too much power If you need support during this time, you can call Lifeline on 13 11 14, or Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636

During Isaac's last broadcasts in the UK, he got Gen with a G and Jack with a J to verse off with Dylan and Molly, to find out who are the ultimate power couple. Find out who won by listening to the podcast. #youthjam

Isaac has been discussing how to find clarity in uncertain and scary situations (like the coronavirus outbreak). In light of the outbreak, there are simple things we can do, like keeping good hygiene (washing hands thoroughly, like we always should be). Isaac also discussed how the panic buying in Perth, Australia and the world isn't necessarily caused by the virus, but by people causing a fuss that isn't necessarily needed. The panic buying is continuously happening because people are seeing posts on social media and are going into town and stock piling their trollies. It is not needed. #youthjam

A couple in Queensland were one of six newlyweds to be selected to have a KFC themed wedding. Isaac discussed it on Perth Overnight and how he thinks it is the best idea anyone has come up with in regards to weddings. #youthjam www.youthjamradio.com
