Today Phil was joined by the brilliant Tommy McCarthy, the 29 year old cruiserweight had the fight of his life last year in Italy dethroning Fabio Turchi.  Tommy has an amazing story, he opens up about the loss of his Mother at just 7 years old, he discusses the incredible mental lows he suffered after both his raikhpore and Matty Askin loss.  Cast aside by Boxing, he gradually fought his way back to the top and is now on the verge of a world title shot.

Inn this weeks TWI Boxing Show, Phil and Wayne take a look at the up. coming clash between the superlative Lomachenko v dynamite hands Teofimo Lopez.  As magnificent as Loma is, Wayne feels that Lopez's punching power could cause a problem for Loma and claims this will be no easy fight.  The boys also discuss what Deontay Wilder needs to do better in a 3rd fight with Fury, they take a close look at young sensation Ryan Garcia whilst also looking at the Leo Santa Cruz v Gervonta Davis fight.
