Luke 22:7-13 - Jesus instructs Peter and John to prepare Passover in Jerusalem, directing them to a man carrying water who leads to a ready upper room. - They locate the room precisely as told and make all arrangements for the meal. Matthew 26:20 - When evening arrives, Jesus reclines at the table with the twelve disciples for the Passover meal. Mark 14:17 - In the evening, Jesus arrives at the house with the twelve disciples for the Passover supper. Luke 22:14-16 - At the hour for the meal, Jesus and the apostles recline at table as he expresses his deep desire to share this Passover before his suffering. - He declares he will not eat it again until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.
