The third episode of The Brothers Spin - a spin-off show from 4 THE LOVE OF POG - sees brothers Matthew and Lawrence continuing the cycling chat - this time while actually riding their bikes, or does it....? They get stuck into the big issues so far in this year's Tour de France - Pog's hair and those awful TT helmets. Lawrence brings us his 'review' of the London Nocturne, and they return (yet again) to the latest developments about the 'cycle route at the end of Matthew's road.'
