7News Just In
Victoria's Chief Commissioner Mike Bush physically intervened in two separate crime incidents in Melbourne's CBD. He assisted officers in restraining an armed 32-year-old Brunswick man on Collins Street while on his way to work, and separately caught a shoplifter at a 7-Eleven on Swanston and Lonsdale streets. The police chief personally restrained the offenders in both incidents, with the shoplifter returning stolen goods after being confronted.
