Hello gang, welcome to the Accessibility Observations Report for April 2026. This podcast covers the Monthly April report, the normalization of February's numbers, as well as the Quarterly February-April 2026 numbers. Starting in May, we normalize things in to 4 categories: * Fully Accessible: those rides whose internal and external are working or internal working by train * Partial: Some things working, others may not * Failures: Those who demonstrate complete failure * Unknown: Those trips I could not verify due to positioning, or other variables This could make it very interesting, because we're not talking just success VS failure rate, we have more. The unknown could come where I'm in the back of the bus, but here a stop as I'm getting off, and the back speakers not working at all. We'll come across this if it happens. What I can say is that we know there are problems, and I want to invite people to contact me to tell me how they're doing and I'll ride along with you. Its the only way we can figure out what's happening. I won't call you a liar, you classify things differently than I do. I'll have more podcasts soon, we'll be in touch!

This is the document which was talked about during the June AAC meeting, as well as other committees once it passed through Consent at the board level. I am not a lawyer, and I don't intend to understand everything that may be in it, and some may not apply to the things I'm involved in, however, we read it and discuss it.
