After I gave up alcohol for good, I began to have a spiritual awakening. I would have to heal through old wounds that seemed to always resurface with the same old patterns. I found peace and grounding in nature, and learned how to reframe my brain from old stories of conditioning and programming.

After my divorce, I would find solace in hiking and also very unaware that I was showing sever symptoms of PTSD. I began abusing alcohol to cope as I didn't know what I was experiencing.
