Quality Time

Have you ever wondered what makes the 'quality' in quality time? We spend so much time and effort trying to create moments and spaces for this much needed aspect in our relationships. What if it was never as complicated as we have made it? In this episode, we tackle what quality time is and how we can make room for it in the relationships that matter the most to us.

Conflict Resolution

About that argument, that fight, that disagreement... the day you were sure it was over... or perhaps the day it ended. What could you have done differently? Did you really need to say that thing? Could you have said it differently? Sometimes we say things that we wish we could take back, but the words cannot be unspoken. While we may not always agree on every last thing, we can find a way to navigate the difficult conversations and the situations that create hurt. In this conversation we shall be addressing how to navigate arguments, disagreements and those epic fights, so that we come out on the other side with our dignity still intact.

While technology may play a role in how we interact, the natural core mechanisms of how humans connect by and large remain the same.
