In this final Episode, Alice and Ky are done!!! They conclude how they felt the year went, what they would have changed and the what ifs. Also, there is the tie breaker of the Man vs Woman challenge with the help from Teckles Animal Sanctuary and the guys sit down and chat to the food leader board winners No Frickin  Chicken.  414 days of workouts are DONE!!!!!

AK Gym & Cafe - December

In this episode, Alice & Ky review the month of May and how they are feeling nearing the end of 365 days of workout. With the Challenge extended to 400 days the know its not over.  Ky tries to make it a tie (6-6) in Man Vs Woman with this months challenge... Staring Contest! The guys sit down with the lovely Holly Davies from Well Measured to teach us how the scales provide more questions then answers.  Finally, our last Food review is The Coconut Tree in Cheltenham, will it get full marks and tie with No Frickin Chicken.

In this episode, we visit the second part of our best of series when they guys visit Emma From Oak Strength, Matt from Crossfit Navalia, Fight Factory with Jon and open water swimming with Emilie. The guys also talk about their bodies while they tackle the back end of Covid, hold a plank in Man Vs Woman, start the December Advent Calendar and enter No Frickin Chicken.

In this episode, Alice and Ky talk about how they coped with the month of October while battling Covid-19 and Alice fears she may have re done her back. We head into the next round of Man vs Woman where Ky looks to make it all even while hanging. The guys head off to Galgos for some Latin American delights and we have part 1 of the Best of from our experts.

In this bumper Boxing episode, Ky shares his struggles with health, Alice shares her love for soup due to her tooth. The second measurements and scans have been taken with Well Measured. The Wheel of Destiny spun up Boxing Challenge and one of the guys is becoming way to competitive. The guys are joined by Boxing Coach Jon Pitman from The Fight Factory Gloucester and Koocha Mezze Bar in Bristol is entered into the Leader board.
