In step 5 we apply our personal inventory to admit our wrong doing, self honesty is of the utmost importance.

Step 4 of AL-ANON

With this step we take serious moral inventory of ourselves. Until we know exactly where we are, we cannot know where we are going.

Step 3 of AL-ANON

You've come to believe that a higher does exist, now its time to turn all your worries, frustration, fears over for the sake of gaining sanity through this family disease.
