QTWN1 Update on Stuff?

Hello there! I hope all is well. so I decided to run an experiment on myself. I gave up watching "news" and "news-related content. i took the path of least resistance and no longer "clicked" on articles or videos containing new related information for such sources as New channels, late-night shows, youtube channels, and new associated websites.
