Description

In this episode of, anxiety what is happening to me I talk about why I started this podcast. I explain how I found out about anxiety. I believe that knowledge is power and that we feel anxiety everyday in so many different ways. I don’t talk about self-care very much because that is easy to find. I have this podcast so you can have those “a-ha” moments and be able to address your anxiety and not play the victim.

She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Medicinal Chemistry, and Pharmacology. Dive right in with us as Fedosia takes us into the acupuncture room and explains the different treatment options she offers for anxiety. Conversations 2.3

Anxiety, what is happening to me? Hosted by Efrosinya Vshivkoff. In this episode we talk about how our brain doesn’t distinguish between a real threat or a perceived threat during a conversation. When a spouse, child, or best friend is talking about something that feels threatening to us we feel anxious. We feel this persistent feeling of dread and that causes us to want to state our opinion or interrupt the conversation. That’s our bodies way of stopping the perceived threat. Learning to manage our reaction will help ease the anxiety and allow more deeper meaningful conversations. To learn more about nano silver click on this link.
