We are now almost two weeks into the New Year, but how many of us have already given up on the goals set for ourselves. The thing is to let go of getting hyper focused on these goals, and to start learning to enjoy the journey of the process. When you learn to love the process you will go far beyond the limits you set as your goal.

There is power in recognizing Self. Once you understand all that is you (whether it be considered good or bad) you have reached a turning point in being able to apply all the lessons you have learned in life and live in wisdom. No need to be a super hero in this coming year. You were born with all the power you need to make your DREAM possible. Happy New Year, enjoy this time with family, friends, and most importantly your self!
