New Cars in EU Will Be Zero Emission By 2035

Ted and Josh discuss the EU's vote to require all new cars sold to be zero emission by 2035. The main concern with an EV future is whether or not it's possible and how such a future would affect the lower and middle classes currently priced out of EV ownership and maintenance.
