Hey Bestie!! In this weeks episode, we go over why I’ve been going for a few months and what I learned over this time . The three things I learned was patience, kindness, and grace. I had to learn to give myself those three things in order to come out of the space I was in. I experienced a lot of things in my life in the last couple months that took a turn and were very unexpected. But giving myself, patience, kindness, and grace I was able to overcome those moments. I also was able to give myself a safe space to experience, feel, understand, and release any emotion, pain, and trauma that I was experiencing. So the point of this episode is to remind you to always give yourself patience, kindness, and grace. We are all humans experiencing life from different perspectives. Sometimes life can knock us off track, turns upside down, and even beat our ass. Give ourselves the safe space to experience what we’re going through and all the motion, trauma and pain that comes with. It is very important. So make sure that you are being patience with yourself, being kind to yourself, and having grace for yourself. We don’t realize how much energy that we use throughout the week to fill everyone else up and take care of my house and do all these things work school parenting, etc. But we don’t take the time to rest and take care of ourselves and show for ourselves the way we need to.
