So it is imperative that we become very INTENTIONAL with WHO & WHAT we FOLLOW. We must be intentional with what we allow within our portals (eyes, heart, ears, mind, & souls). It can be a positive enhancement or negative detriment to our lives by simply the absorption of what we’ve seen/internalized. Search your social feed and ask yourself “What Is My Feed Feeding Me?”.
