Kamelah Blair award winning author and 2022 recipient of Canada's  Top 100 Black Women To Watch Award .A Toronto author of 17 books, which a few  has landed in Walmart .com ,TARGET, BARNES & NOBLE CHAPTERS over 190 other bookstores around the world. Yes the girl that was once labeled by statistics to be nothing as I was from one of the worst places in the city of Toronto -Jane and Finch has graced bookshelves across the world. Her 2 series book is about her life being raised by gangsters overcoming the TRAUMA of witnessing a homicide at the age of 6 that's left her speechless, literally. Making the decision to break the chains of family ties and making a name for herself but gets stuck at a crossroad. Along with an interior design company, a Non Profit Organization & publishing company, COJ BOOKZ is where she encourages young youth and adults to put their pain to paper or their purpose to paper and make the world more profitable. Recently she started A youth writing program Normalizing the power of reading and writing giving youth and adults a place to release an expressed their feelings  giving them opportunity to become authors. LIBRARY BEHIND THE WALLS is a book Donation program - where fellow Authors donate their masterpieces and I take them to the TORONTO SOUTH DETENTION CENTER jail for men as the library is lacking books the inmates can relate to. No matter the situation you can become a success story often times it's a simple as taking what you know from the streets and apply it to Wall Street.
