We're finally back home in Iligan City, Mindanao after two months of being stranded in Bacolod City, Negros from Palawan Island. This is one of the most draining experiences we've ever had. What happens when LGUs and agencies refuse to work with each other, or aren't coordinated well? We are sharing this so you can get a lesson or two.
