Aijke Owens was a single mother to 4 beautiful children. They lived in a neighborhood with many children who would play outside constantly together. Then, Susan moved in. Susan did NOT like the children playing outside together. In fact, over the course of a year and a half, she made constant calls to the police about them being "loud" "disrespectful", and for "trespassing", on a lot that did not belong to her. Angie Hammond was talking to her fiance on a pay phone when the unthinkable happened.
