The Conservative Vice Lords IS one of the grass-root organizations of the Black Power Movement Their story of “Black Excellence” begins in the “Holy City” an urban community on the West Side of Chicago in 1964 CVL, Incorporated in 1967 as a legitimate organization becoming the first and only “street gang” in the country’s history to do so David Dawley who worked for the government before during and after his infiltration of the CVL’s moved into the “Holy City” in the summer of 1967 He dismantled and destroyed a kingdom with the assistance of the government The Cointelpro was subsequently successful bc of Dawley who was apart of the Intelligence Complex working for TransCentury of Washington DC A front company of Warren Wiggins and Dick Irish for former PCV to be active on social issues in the United States It was not a coincidence that Dawley was in the “Holy City” in 1967 and at the “The Meredith March” in 1966 The kingdom has connections with many prominent activists involved with the Black Power Movement CVL’s and the MCA of Chicago collaborated the first year the MCA opened ART & SOUL MUSEUM open ON 16th street in1968 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr lived across the street from the headquarters of CVL., and this was intentional Malcom X and Dick Gregory also lived in the heart of “Holy City” Who made or why did the hairs on Dawley’s body stand up when Willie Ricks gave a speech in 1966 Listen as I share what I discovered Friend or Foe?
