March 8, we celebrate international Women’s day 2020 and for this occasion we compiled this playlist, packed with strong female vocalists, female producers and inspiring bands with female band leaders from around the global. You’ll hear the distinctive voices from the likes of Dona Onete, Nidia Gongora and Angelique Kidjo, but we squeezed in some new talent and fresh tunes in as well, like a new Sotomayor from Mexico  and a brand new one by Havana Meets Kingston featuring the voice of Brenda Navarette.
