Uncertainty is increasing. Rapid changes at various levels in the big picture have an impact on our daily lives, our systems, organisations, teams and and individuals also in the workplace. This episode looks into why it is becoming more important to deal with uncertainty and difficult situations at work, what we can do about it and how we can nourish trust, confidence and agency within ourselves and others.
