Period!

Welcome to our last episode of the season: Period! Extreme TMI warning but would you expect anything less? But Folks, we are REALLY going to go there... In this Episode, we discussed everything from to our cliche first periods to our ever changing perimenopausal cycles.  We also realised that we are probably the first generation of older moms who are losing their periods as their daughters are on the cusp of theirs!  It's a weird situation, indeed! This episode is mostly here to get the conversation started.  It's not just for women! Carry That Weight

All the big worries of life can seem like a lot! DUH But what about all the little things that amount to a lot? All the little- “I need to do this” and “ do that?”  Most of which is the unpaid labor that no one wants to do but everyone has to… In this episode, we discuss the mental load of it all.From parenting to just adulting. Most of which is relatable for everyone but some things are more specific to our personal journeys.  We want you to know that you are not alone.
