Story Time: Microneedling, Botox, and My Loose Skin

In this episode, I discuss my experience with loose skin! After a lifetime of fluctuating weight, I have different skin and I've wanted to work on improving it. I've tried Botox and other comparable things, but have found that microneedling is an excellent way to improve texture and elasticity. In this episode, I elaborate more on shedding the identity of Fat Brianne and the struggles I've dealt with attempting to shed my teacher identity.
