James reminds us to be more than hearers of the Word we are called to be doers. That means taking what God has spoken and using it to shape our decisions, our reactions, and our mindsets. There comes a time when we must put our problems down at God’s feet and refuse to pick them back up again. If we truly trust Him, then we walk like we trust Him. We pray like we trust Him. I want to challenge you with something simple but life changing. I dare you to give God a try for 14 days. Think about it , we give trial runs to EVERYTHING. We try a new gym. We try a new diet. We try a new man or woman. We try products, routines, habits, trends you get it. We’re out here giving everything and everybody a chance to prove themselves… but then we hesitate when it comes to God. Why is that? So, here’s my challenge: Just try Him. Fourteen days. Talk to Him. Sit with Him. Tell Him what you need, what’s hurting, what you’re hoping for, what you’re tired of. Give Him space to show up. Because I promise you — God will blow your mind in a GOOD way. Not in a maybe way. Not in a for other people but not me way. I mean in a personal, you can’t deny this, that had to be God kind of way. Give Him the same chance you give everything else. Watch what He does. Watch how He moves. Watch how He starts shifting things around you and inside you. Then, when your 14 days are up, come back and tell me about it. I want to hear what changed, what surprised you, what opened up, and how your heart feels. Because I already know God is about to show out in your life.
