We had the privilege of speaking with Laura Yvanovich who is the founder of "Could It Be the Food"? Laura is an advocate for health and wellness and no it's not because she's on a diet. It's because she wants to live her life to the fullest and happiest, but she also wants to take others with her.  Laura has a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration and she partners with world class experts in health and wellness and continuously surrounds herself with people and information that allows her to talk the talk and walk the walk in the nutrition arena. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge about what "being healthy" really means and how eating clean food can have a huge impact on our health. Ladies, your past doesn't define you it refines you! Use your obstacles, your hurts, your disappointments and all the ugliness you've gone through (or going through) to fuel you for your future. And use it to help others fuel their future! Be the one to tell your story on your terms because you seen first hand where perseverance, grit, fight, and determination will get you.  Don't be afraid to tell your story because it frees you from repeating the past, keeps you humbled in your present, and challenges you to have a better future.
