On the fourth episode of Chris Cases, Chris Doran interviews Jaime, a man that was accused of and arrested for DUI based on an alleged identification made through the lens of a zoomed-in traffic camera. Eye witness identifications can be powerful pieces of evidence, so the defense had to get creative with this case. Bret's case was sent to Early Disposition Court where he was faced with a tough decision about whether to plead guilty, waive his constitutional right, or insist on seeing the blood results...but at the cost of having the plea stripped away. Bret will talk about his experience with being pulled over, doing field sobriety tests, and his difficult decision in court.
