God's law shows us what the good life looks like, but rules alone cannot transform the human heart. Left to ourselves, we lack the power to become who God created us to be. The good news is that God has done what we could never do on our own. Through the Holy Spirit, God doesn't simply forgive us—He dwells within us. The Spirit frees us from the power of sin, reshapes our desires, and begins closing the gap between our lives as they are and the lives they were always meant to be.
