ODM+ term refers to Lenovo’s complete in-house capabilities, including full vertical integration and our ability to serve customers in all aspects. Lenovo is only manufacturer that has both General Purpose roadmap of products and an ODM fully custom design set of products for our largest CSP customers. 3. Automation within Lenovo’s supply chain enables the plants for fail over capability between sites.  When faced with unexpected challenges, Lenovo can move customer orders between sites.  4. Lenovo’s supply chain has total traceability down to the component level because we own the supply chain end to end, which drives quality. Key areas where members of our Quality team are fully engaged include New Product Introduction (NPI), Part Number and Bill of Material Management, and Supplier Management. 5. Lenovo supply chain geo diversity program enables sourcing of commodities from locations exclusive from China/Taiwan. As part of Lenovo’s global/local model, building devices locally dramatically reduces the freight miles these products incur, providing more efficient and sustainable transportation options.
