Description

In this episode of Coast Football Weekly, we’re joined by Angelo Tilocca from HeartBeat of Football to discuss one of the most important topics in sport, heart health. Angelo takes us back to the origin of HeartBeat of Football, how the initiative first began, and how far it has come since, including its work alongside FIFA and the growing impact it continues to have across the football community. Angelo explains the importance of regular heart check-ups for people of all ages, and why one simple test can potentially save a life. We also talk about Make It Red Round, how clubs across the Central Coast can get involved, and the role the football community plays in supporting initiatives like this. This episode highlights why this message is relevant to every player, no matter their age or level.
