In this episode of “Your Moment In Tech” we meet Drew Foulk Holland America Line’s senior manager of beverage and dining operations and innovation. Holland America Line’s exclusive De Lijn Gin was awarded a gold medal in the gin category during the Tales of the Cocktail competition in New Orleans in July 2024.   Mr. Foulk,  is here to tell us all about it. Developed in 2022 to celebrate Holland America Line’s 150th anniversary, De Lijn Gin features a blend of Dutch-inspired botanicals, including orange, rose, elderberry, lemon verbena, lemon, raspberry, and juniper. Each botanical is cold distilled separately to ensure distinct and consistent flavors. The result is a premium gin, made in America, inspired by the line’s rich history in the Netherlands.
