From Ashes I will RISE (Part 2)

The moment I realized the Healing Work was actually WORKING.

I saw a picture I wasn’t expecting to see, and instead of feeling what I thought I would feel, I noticed something else: peace. In this episode, I talk about the surprising moment that showed me how much healing has actually happened over these past months. I’m not 100% healed, but for the first time I can honestly see that the work, the tears, the prayers, the boundaries, and the focus on myself have paid off. I also share why I’ve been feeling so energized, so alive, and so high on life lately—and how I realized it isn’t because everything is perfect. It’s because my nervous system finally feels safe. After spending so long in survival mode, it feels like my entire body is taking the vacation it desperately needed. This is a conversation about healing, peace, and recognizing your own growth before you reach the finish line.

The Future I Wanted Surprisingly Didn’t include Him!

This is a very reflecting episode for *My current Journey to healing*, because I reviewed a list I made back in February and I realized everything came through!! The irony of this story is that I realized everything happened in the most unexpected way. I was expecting a different approach to this outcome and I thought this was going to be a life with a husband and kids. But I came to realize that in order for me to Live My Dream life I had to leave my old one behind. I realized that the biggest obstacle was the person that was draining me the most, taking my energy and my identity, to the point of losing sight of who I was; including my Goals and Dreams completely. Now I realized that Healing is Growth and they both come in the most unexpected ways. Doing things that scares me, surprisingly have been a huge factor to my healing process! Healing=Growth

Found Happiness in the UNKNOWN

Hello my desmadre souls!! I went from being in the unknown here and there to NOW living in it 24/7 ! It’s amazing the way God can show you new ways of living and honesty; it can feel very scary at times, specially when you feel like you are in a very FRAGILE phase in your life, but it’s then when God is holding you the closest! He stripped me from everything that was heavy on me and for everything that wasn’t serving my purpose anymore and even though it hurt so bad.; Now I see it was necessary for me to go to the next level of my Human experience! I hope you enjoy this desmadre.

Nunca me imaginé decir esto, pero así como lo dice el título; Eh encontrado la felicidad en estos momentos de incertidumbre!
