Conscious Rebel - Revolution Starts in the Heart
A few weeks ago, I left you in a quiet room. If you were here for the last episode, you’ll remember it — the flatness, the grief that arrived without a story, the watercolor book on the table that may or may not ever mean anything. I told you I was in it with you. And I told you I wasn’t going to furnish that room until something true pulled at me to. This is what happened a few weeks later, when something finally did. I expected the pull to feel like inspiration. A lift. The room brightening on its own. That’s not how it came. It came in as acid reflux and an anxiety I couldn’t name — a week of sitting at my desk, sixty-nine years old, fifty years of practice, unable to hear myself. What I learned in that week is the difference between a real pull and the bright voice that comes with a pitch. The pitch is loud, and it moves. The truth is quiet, and it stays. If you’re somewhere in the static right now — waiting for something true, and getting only the loud answers that change by morning — this one’s for you. Press play when the house is quiet. Truth does not rush. This is a public episode.
