Controlled Burnes is delving into a bit of a new realm this week as host Andrew Burnes records the first five chapters of Mick Foley's landmark autobiography A Tale of Blood and Sweatsocks from 1999. Andrew wanted his wife Reagan, who isn't interested in wrestling in the slightest, to experience the book because of the quality of Foley's writing and storytelling, but no audiobook currently exists, so he's just making one himself as part of the Controlled Burnes lineup. It's his show, after all, so anything goes! Controlled Burnes is a hobby-list podcast with a particular focus on lists and topics related to video games, music, TV/film as well as other hobbies and aspects of pop culture.
