Bruce MacDonald Interview Bruce MacDonald - President and CEO of Imagine Canada Bruce is the president and CEO of Imagine Canada, a national umbrella organization for the charitable sector. Through his 10 years as vice-president of marketing and then CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada, Bruce has led major change initiatives and developed long and innovative partnerships with corporations and other charities. Bruce has been active in many other organizations, including the YMCA, the Ontario Senior Games, and Kinsmen and Kinette Clubs. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Commerce in sports administration, a Master of Management in the voluntary sector — and a Guinness Book of World Records.
